Menyusun presentasi pendek dengan pembuka, poin utama, dan penutup memakai kata penghubung (signposting).
Presentasi bagus = struktur yang mudah diikuti
Pendengar tidak butuh kata-kata indah; mereka butuh peta. Dengan kata penghubung (signposting), pendengar selalu tahu kita sedang di bagian mana. Rumus 3 bagian:
1. Pembuka : Tell them what you will say.
2. Isi : Say it (2–3 poin).
